Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jeevo applications and related services (“Jeevo”, the “Service”), operated by Incremental AS (“Incremental”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Norway. By downloading, installing or using Jeevo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Jeevo is
Jeevo is a provider-agnostic personal AI concierge, available on iOS and Android, with macOS, Windows and web versions in preparation. It lets you use many third-party large language model (“AI”) providers through one app, chooses a model suited to each request, keeps an encrypted memory of your context on your device, and can connect to services you authorise — such as your email — to help you get things done.
Not every capability is available on every platform. Where a feature depends on something a platform does not permit, the app says so rather than pretending otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Jeevo. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. Your account and credentials
- You can use Jeevo without an account. An account exists so that your data can move between your devices, and so that billing can be attached to you rather than to one device.
- You are responsible for the credentials you add to Jeevo — AI provider keys, email app passwords, OAuth tokens — and for the activity that occurs through your connected accounts.
- Credentials you provide are held in the encrypted, biometric-gated vault on your device. We do not store them on our servers. Where a request needs one, it travels with that single request, is used once, and is discarded. This is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
- Your account password protects more than access. A copy of your encryption key is sealed with material derived from it, so if you lose both your password and your recovery code, we cannot restore your synced data. We do not hold a key that would let us.
- You must comply with the terms of any third-party provider or service you connect to Jeevo.
4. AI providers and content
Jeevo relays your requests to the AI provider chosen for that request — either automatically, or one you have pinned. To answer a request, the content of that request, and any content you ask Jeevo to act on (for example, an email you ask it to summarise or a document you ask it to read), is sent to that provider so it can be processed.
This applies whether you use our managed access or your own provider keys. In both cases the request is relayed by our servers, which is what allows routing, tools, memory and billing to work consistently. We do not store the content of your requests or the AI’s responses.
5. Actions Jeevo takes on your behalf
Where you connect an account or ask Jeevo to browse the web, it can take actions — sending mail, filling in forms, submitting things. Actions with real consequences are put to you for confirmation before they happen, and any secret needed to complete one is supplied on your device rather than to the AI.
You remain responsible for actions taken through your accounts at your direction. Review a confirmation before you accept it.
6. Fees and billing
Jeevo bills usage against a prepaid balance. You top the balance up, and each request draws down what it cost, plus our margin. Prices are metered per request rather than charged as a flat subscription, and your usage is itemised in the app.
- Where you use our AI provider access, you pay the provider’s cost plus our margin.
- Where you use your own keys, you have already paid the provider directly, so we charge our margin only.
- Optional automatic top-ups can be enabled, and are bounded by limits you set.
- Generation features such as image, video and music cost more than a text request. The price is shown to you before the request runs, and you are not charged for a generation that fails.
Payments are handled by our payment processor. Unused balance is not a stored-value instrument and is not transferable between accounts. Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, it applies to unused balance.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Jeevo to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- generate or distribute unlawful, harmful or abusive content;
- access accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
- impersonate a person or misrepresent AI-generated material as human-made where that would deceive someone to their detriment;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or circumvent the security of the Service; or
- violate the usage policies of the underlying AI providers or connected services.
8. Intellectual property
Jeevo, its branding and its software are owned by Incremental AS and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Content you create or provide remains yours, as does content the AI generates for you at your direction, to the extent that ownership is available under applicable law and the relevant provider’s terms.
9. Third-party services
Jeevo integrates with third-party services at your direction. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Providers may be added or withdrawn as their terms, pricing or reliability change.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, nor that any particular AI model or provider will remain available.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incremental AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
12. Termination
You may stop using Jeevo at any time, and you can delete your account and its data from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, any unused balance is refundable where required by applicable law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
