Mail passwords, provider keys and connector credentials are held in your device's secure vault, protected by the hardware and your fingerprint or face. When a task needs one, it travels with that one request, is used in memory and discarded. Never written down, never logged, never included in anything sent to an AI.
Your chats, your memory and your mail live on your device. If you sync across devices, we store encrypted blobs whose key only your devices hold — ciphertext we cannot read.
Three things are kept on our side, and we would rather say so: the images, videos and songs Jeevo makes for you, the documents it builds (so they can be versioned and rebuilt), and — for supervised child accounts only — a copy of the child's chats for the parent. Delete your account and they go with it.
Every model in the picker names its provider, its country, and whether that company trains on what you send. The ones that do are labelled before you pick them, not buried in a policy.
Have an account with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs or Runway already? Use it. Your key is held in the vault, travels only with the request that needs it, and is never stored. You pay the provider directly and us only our margin.
Jeevo sends your request to the AI you chose. That means the content of what you ask — the email you want summarised, the document you want read — does reach that provider. It passes through our servers on the way and isn't kept there. That's how any cloud AI works, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that your credentials never go with it. When you'd rather nothing left the device at all, don't send it.
