Mail passwords, provider keys and connector credentials are held in your phone's secure vault, protected by the hardware and your fingerprint or face. When a task needs one, it's used for that task and discarded. Never written down, never logged, never included in anything sent to an AI.
Your chats, your memory, your mail and your documents live on your device. If you turn on sync across devices, we store encrypted blobs whose key exists only on your hardware — we keep ciphertext we cannot read.
The one exception is media Jeevo makes for you. Images, video and songs are rendered on our side and kept in your folder so you can open them again. Delete your account and they go with it.
Every model in the picker names its provider, its country, and whether that company trains on what you send. The ones that do are labelled before you pick them, not buried in a policy.
Have an account with Anthropic or OpenAI already? Use it. Your key is held in the vault, travels only for the turn that needs it, and is never stored. You pay the provider directly and us only our margin.
Jeevo sends your request to the AI you chose. That means the content of what you ask — the email you want summarised, the document you want read — does reach that provider. That's how any cloud AI works, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that your credentials never go with it, and that nothing you send is kept on our servers. When you'd rather nothing left the phone at all, don't send it.
